SN74HCS245: High temperature static current consumption in SN74HCSxxx components?

Part Number: SN74HCS245

Tool/software:

Hi dear TI support,

For an automotive application at high temperature 90...120°C, we need to use a lot of logic ICs,

and we need to keep static current consumption as low as possible.

74HCS components seem to be attractive, but i can't find any maximum static current consumption specification for high temperature in your datasheets.

So can you please provide dependable information for maximum current consumption Icc at high temperature? (e. g. for SN74HCS245 at Vcc=3.3V, 85°C and/or 125°C)

Thanks and BR,

Al
