Tool/software:

Once VCC is above the 5.5V - 6.5V (out of Recommended voltage), what about the behavior of the AND gate? is behavior normally?

Customer is estimated if this logic is ok in MD with FuSa application? Very thanks.

    When you exceed the recommended operating conditions, the electrical characteristics or even correct operation are no longer guaranteed.

    In practice, I would expect only a slightly higher drive strength at the output.
