Hi,
I would like to know what is the state of the push-pull output when IC is not powered (VCC = 0V).
I noticed the datasheet mentions it support a partial-power-down, and it says it "disables the output", what does it mean? Will the output be Open, or it can be hold in a specific state (high or low)?
