I have a few more questions, is 12 VOUT of FB pin of 1st chip and SYNCOUT pin of 2nd chip correct?
For the primary, the pins that need to be tied to VDDA, should use primary VDDA. For the secondary, the pins that need to be tied to VDDA should use the secondary's VDDA.
And is it okay to connect the bias pin to the SW vout pin of the first chip?
The outputs should be connected together, which your schematic shows but the drawing may be a little confusing to others.
