I'm using the part TXS0104EYZTR in my design.

The OE pin should be referenced to VCCA only or VCCB also

Whether it is okay to provide VCC_1V8 power directly to OE pin.

The OE pin is referenced to VCCA but overvoltage tolerant, so you can also use some higher voltage, such as VCCB.

As Clemens mentioned, this is OK to do so, however note that the logic thresholds of the OE pin are still being referenced to VCCA:
