I'd like to also know of what kind of reaction I'd expect from this component if it were to run under the suggested operating temperature of -40C, and would hope there would be some form of documentation on the FMEA for that.

For FMEA documentation please talk to your customer service rep or see the steps for requesting documentation on the internal forum.

I am not sure if we have data beyond the -40C temp range.

I realized if you want the documentation for the 1G08 it is on ti.com. I'm not sure if you're asking about 1G04 or 1G08.
