We can see these below parts are available in dual terminal finish (NIPDAU/SN), also let me know how to order these parts if we want single finish ? either NIPDAU or SN.

let me know what type of Tin (Sn) is used? ex. Matte Tin, Bright Tin, Pure Tin.

Ganesh,

We use matte Tin for our devices. Unfortunately, if a part number is dual terminal finish, you cannot select finish you want.

Earlier one of your support person from TI, they said while ordering we can choose the finish. what we want ? please check with design and sales team and need proper clarification on this.

Hi Ganesh,

I checked with marketing and our usual response is that we cannot support material based off requested finish type. If you want NIPDAU we have EP and G4 options.

I don't see any EP & G4 suffix of the part number in the datasheet. please share the ordering information for those parts.
