TPLD1201: what is the underlying mechanism for implementing the delay function in TPLD1201

At present, the plan is to use the CNT/DLY3 delay function in TPLD1201 to insert a set of complementary PWM signals into the dead time. Could you tell me what is the underlying mechanism for implementing the delay function in TPLD1201, and is it susceptible to interference from high-frequency magnetic fields? It is actually used to generate PWM signals with dead time for GAN-FFT at 300KHZ
