we would like to do 3.0V I2C and 3.6V I2C convert. can you help review my schematics below, if they looks ok ? thanks!

The TXB does not work with open-drain signals like I²C. Use the TXS0102 instead.

For unidirectional signals, a unidirectional translator like the TXU0104/TXU0204/TXU0304 would be a better choice.

Hi,

In addition to Clemens' suggestions, the customer may also refer to Voltage Translation Quick Reference for part selection depending on interface of signals.

If we pull up the I2C pins then it is not open-drain signals, right . In that case can we use TXS0102 IC for I2C?

The TXS0102 can be used for I²C.

I²C always requires pull-ups. (But the TXS already has internal pull-ups.)
