Could you please advise do we have open drain output ANG gate supports VCC(min)<1.8V?

I just found SN74AHC1G09, but VCC min is 2V.

There is no such device.

You have to add an open-drain buffer (SN74xxx1G07, xxx=AUP/AUC/LVC) to a plain AND gate.
