I am testing SN74LVC3G06DCTR and found that its output is incorrect.
I supplied the IC with 3.3V from a benchtop power supply and connected pin 4 (GND) and pin 1(1A) to the ground. I leave the output 1Y on pin 7 open-circuit. So theoretically, pin 7 should be logic high. However, I can only get 0.1~0.5V on this pin, which is read from a multimeter.
The 3.3V reading on pin 8 is stable and correct, so my multimeter is in good condition.
What could be the problem?
