SN74ALS232B: Need FIFO 64x4 async memory CDIP replacement for TI 57401 (formerly monolithic memories) aka PNs 5962-8952306EA, and CY7C401

Part Number: SN74ALS232B

Tool/software:

TI PN SN74ALS232B is PLASTIC DIP and only has operational temperature of 0'C to +70'C. We likely require CERAMIC DIP.

We have a requirement of LOW operational temperature of -32'C (and a high of +65'C is fine).

16 pin serial 64x4 (64 word and 4-bit) memory integrated circuit..

Need FIFO 64x4 async memory, CDIP, replacement for TI 57401 (formerly monolithic memories), aka alternate PNs; 5962-8952306EA, and CY7C401-15DMB / CY7C403, and C67401J/MIL.

Do you have this product type still with this lower temperature operational range?  The storage range; –65°C to 150°C is fine. Just the Operational LOW is not.
