Thank you for providing me those details. Furthermore, I did not find this part's grade requirement. The qualification data directs you to the datasheet. However, I did not see any details via the datasheet. Please provide the "grade requirements" and the respective Temperature Cycling (TC), HTSL, HTOL, and ELFR conditions for these tests.
