Hi everyone,

I am using a SPARTAN 6 FPGA (XC6SLX4-2TQG144I) along with a 16-bit transceiver (CY74FCT16245T). I've configured the I/O banks of the FPGA to LVCMOS33 Input. According to the FPGA datasheet (DS162), the maximum input voltage (Vin max) is 4.1V. The transceiver is powered by a 5.0V supply, and while its datasheet specifies a typical output voltage (Vout) of 3.3V, the maximum output voltage is not provided.

Can I safely connect the output of the CY74FCT16245T to the FPGA in this configuration?
