Hi Team,

I want to convert a 1.8V LVCMOS signal to a 3.3V LVTTL signal. I want to change the voltage level as well as the logic. To do this, I am planning to use a level translator which can support both LVCMOS and LVTTL logic.

Is it possible to convert LVCMOS to LVTTL logic with the help of SN74AVC4T245?

Does the part SN74AVC4T245 support both LVCMOS and LVTTL logics?

Yes, the input and output voltages are inside the SN74AVC4T245's supported ranges.

Also consider the TXU0104/TXU0204/TXU0304.

Hello Sam,

I agree with the response from Clemens. The SN74AVC4T245 can support both 1.8V LVCMOS <-> 3.3V LVTTL translation. There shouldn't be any issue using the device.
