Hi Cafain,

Refer to "Revision History" section in each current datasheet to see what changes were made. I checked the first ~5 devices and saw that the electrical characteristics had not changed across any of them. If you identify a specific datasheet wherein we DID change electrical characteristics, let me know and I will provide the requested datasheet revision.

I understand that there are no changes to the electrical characteristics.
I need the data to compare the old and new devices, so I would appreciate your support.

I have reduced it down to the following devices, so please provide datasheets for the four devices.
