絶対最大定格の入力電圧範囲は-0.5Vから7Vですが、その範囲から数ナノ秒の範囲外の入力電圧でも大丈夫という仕様はありますか? もしそうなら、何ナノ秒以内で、どの電圧まで大丈夫ですか?

    Footnote (2) says:

    The input and output negative-voltage ratings may be exceeded if the input and output clamp-current ratings are observed.

    The characteristics of the negative clamping diode are not specified in the datasheet. According to the IBIS model, a current of 50 mA is reached at about −1.1 V.

    Voltages above 7 V are never allowed.
