HI Team,

For this 2 input AND gate there is no data given for VOH and VOL for VDD=3.3V and VDD=5V??

Similarly for SN74LVC1GU04DBVR (NOT gate), SN74LVC1G11DCKR (3 input AND gate) and SN74LVC1G34DSFR (1bit buffer) what has to be considered for VDD=3.3V and VDD=5V??

Use the values specified for 3 V and 4.5 V; those are the worst case of 3.3 V ± 0.3 V or 5 V ± 0.5 V supplies.

ok. So For 5V, VOH min is 3.8V

for 3.3V, VOH is 2.3V for 24mA IOH

VOH is 2.4V for 16mA IOH.

Limits are not defined for lesser current of 1mA or 2mA.

Please clarify.

As per this, can consider vcc-0.7=3.3-0.7= 2.6V? or VOH=2.7V for lesser IOH??

The outputs behave like resistors. The actual V_OL and V_OH depend on the actual input current of your other device.

As per datasheet, VOH is 2.4V for 16mA IOH with VDD=3V

How to calculate VOH for <3mA IOH with VDD=3.3V?

3.3 V is the worst case of a 3.3 V ± 0.3 V supply; just use the 3 V values.

For 16 mA, the voltage drop is 3 V − 2.4 V = 0.6 V. At 3 mA, the voltage drop is 0.6 V × 3 mA / 16 mA = 0.1125 V. So V_OH is 3.3 V − 0.1125 V ≈ 3.2 V.
