Hi, for the unused Pin 1A1, 1B1, do i need to terminate them? or i can leave it floating?

unused input need to tied either to VCC or ground through a 10 resistors, and unused output left unconnected, is this implementation correct?

Hey Hong,

Unused inputs should be held at a valid logic state (either high to VCC through weak pullup or low through weak pulldown to ground). See app note for more details: https://www.ti.com/lit/an/scba004e/scba004e.pdf?ts=1727994426373&ref_url=https%253A%252F%252Fwww.ti.com%252Fproduct%252FSN74HC393

If not achievable, customer may also see AXCH4T245 with bus hold inputs that allow floating inputs (external pu/pd can then be removed).
