Hi,

We found VCC=1.2V still work in must of condition, may I know why and what is the minimum VCC can support?

    The minimum of 1.65 V is guaranteed for all chips (which might have manufacturing variations) and over all temperatures, so when the conditions are not as bad, the actual minimum is likely to be lower. But there is no guarantee for voltages lower than 1.65 V.
