Hi Team,

In the customer's waveform, the falling edge overshoot is as low as -1.84V. Does this risk damaging the device? I want to double check if there is a transient spec for Vi,min?

Hi Hailiang,

These specs are already given in the datasheet. You theoretically should not be going below -0.5 V for any period of time. However, based on Note 2, you can go below -0.5V as long as you do not exceed -50mA.
