SN74LV4040A: Do you have any counter logic which can receive 5ns clock pulse width?

One of my customers is looking for any TI counter logic IC which can receive 5ns clock pulse width signal.

They have already found that SN74LV4040A can receive 5ns clock pulse width.
But they need 32bit counter bit length. So they need 3 pcs of SN74LV4040A because this counter bit length is 12bit.

At this moment, they have the following question.

Do you have any solution or device for 32bit or more bit length counter which can receive 5ns clock pulse width signal
except using 3pcs of SN74LV4040A?
