CD4047B: what is the difference between in parts

Can you please advise what is the difference between the two part numbers CD4047AF/3 & CD4047BFS2226? Can you please provide data sheets for these two parts as well?

As far as I can see, the part number "CD4047AF/3" does not exist. The CD4047AF3 without slash is an old part number of RCA/Harris, before the acquisition by TI. The "A" indicates that it is not buffered; you wouldn't want to use it.

The CD4047BFS2226 was made by Harris. The only authorized distributor of these old parts is Rochester Electronics, but their datasheet is just a copy of the TI datasheet without information about the S2226 variant. Apparently, this information no longer exists.
