Can LSF0108 be used for SPI level conversion?

If possible, is there a reference design for converting 1.8V SPI to 3.3V SPI interface using LSF0108?

It might be possible, depending on the required speed and on the drive strength of the devices. A reference design does not make much sense because sizing the pull-up resistors depends on the characteristics of the actual board.

A buffered translator like the TXU0304 is much better suited for this application.
