AUP family typically has 1uA static current consumption. See the below app note for more info:

ICC is mostly leakage currents, and is strongly dependent on temperature. The datasheet guarantees < 0.5 µA at 25 °C, and with the worst case being 0.9 µA at 85 °C, I would expect the typical value at 25 °C to be < 0.1 µA.
If you care about these amounts of power, then you should do your own measurements at the highest expected temperature.
