Hi Dennis,

1. No it does not have a RAD report

2. This device is not qualified for radiation so we do not have a radiation tolerant/hardness rating for it.

3. LCCC package serial in-parallel out SR. That is our selection of military parts, Both HC devices there are Rad qualified as shown in their SMD documents We do not have any 16 bit shift registers that are Mil/Space rating that have RHA data.
