About 5 Pin Configuration and Functions of Data-sheeet (SCES487H –SEPTEMBER 2003–REVISED NOVEMBER 2016)
Is the diagram below correct? If it's a 6-pin SC70, I think the terminals would stick out to the side, just like a 6-pin SOT-23.
If it is a mistake, please correct the data sheet.
