Hi,

I would like to get an opinion on the concept of the circuit below to convert differential line driver output of a servo drive to 24Vdc input to a Mitsubishi FX3U PLC. (Differential signal input to 24Vdc output).

Please suggest.

Using the SN7407 as a level shifter is possible. But gate drivers like the UCC27624 would use less power and have push/pull outputs.

The AM26C32 would save power.

Thank you for the reply and suggestion. UCC27624 is not available from the usual Irish supplier (Radionics). Apart from the power saving feature, (which is the least consideration at the moment), any other improvement to the circuit required? Thanks again.
