Part Number: SN74S1053

Tool/software:

I have an old design that I am updating.

It contains a SN74S1057SC in a 10-pin SIP package. I believe it is a Schottky Diode Bus Termination array.

It is no longer manufactured.

I need a datasheet for this part so I can choose an equivalent. circuit.

The nearest I can find is a SN74S1056.

This device was discontinued in 1999. That information probably no longer exists.

But for clamping digital signal lines, the exact characteristics do not matter; you can use any Schottky diode with a small capacitance.
