For fixed-direction signals, the TXU0104/TXU0204/TXU0304 are available in the 1 mm × 1.7 mm X2QFN package.

The TXU0204 and TXU0304 have channels that go in different directions.

The LSF0204's UQFN is the smallest package of any auto-bidirectional translator.

Hi Hale,

In addition to Clemens' answer, if open-drain support is not required, the TXB0104 will also work here supporting UQFN as well.
