Tool/software:

Hi expert,

Customer want to find a buffer for UART and also need feature to prevent leakage current from VDD_SYS_3V3(would always on) to VDD_NORMAL_3V3(may shutdown). Can SN74HCS126 3-state suitable for the need by disable EN? We are also considering TXU0202 cause it mentioned Vcc isolation and Vcc disconnect features. Please advise.

    CMOS inputs and disabled outputs have a high impedance, so not current can leak.

    But note that the inputs of a powered device should always have a valid voltage; add pull-up or -down resistors to channels 1 and 2.
