I put together a model for the SN74HCS30 for you, please find that attached below and let me know if you have any issues with it.
As for the '393 function - unfortunately we cannot currently support devices that contain memory or flip-flops for SPICE simulation (such as digital counters, shift registers, etc.). I would recommend simulating the digital behavior using your simulation tool's built in digital capabilities (most tools have an integrated library of digital models).
If you have specific questions about the analog behaviors of the CD74HC393, then I would recommend posting those to E2E in a separate thread to have them answered.
