TXS0102: with Vref A and B at same level 1.8V

I need to use a TXS0102 for I2C bus decoupling when that portion of the I2C bus is powered off.

In my design both Vref A and B are at 1.8V and when the OE go low the segments of the bus get isolated, but no other translation is required

I've read the TXS0102 datasheet and it says that the VrefB cannot be below 2.3v

Is there some TI part more adequate for i2c bus isolation or switching?
