SN74HC148: Higher temperature range pin 2 pin device recommendation

Good day!

My customer is using SN74HC148DR. But the temperature is only up to 85C. Do we have pin 2 pin device which could be operated up to 105C?

There is no P2P device. (The obsolete 74HC148FPEL-E uses a wider package.)

Does it has Q-grade version?

Many of our logic device has 85C max TA. 85C is harder and harder to meet nowadays customer's demand. If customer wants to choose >105C device, is there any selection guidance?

An automotive device would have matched. There is no P2P device.

Use the search function; here is a search for −55 °C priority encoders: ti.com/switches-multiplexers/digital-multiplexers-encoders/products.html#1192=-55;0&-2=contains;priority

The CD74HC147 is a 10-to-4 priority encoder with a somewhat similar pinout.
