Hello,

Our customer is trying to determine what the ESD ratings are for a couple TI parts. Would you be able to provide that for them? We were unable to find it in the device datasheets for this device.

Customer is a US A&D customer and won't accept that as an answer since they have to report back to their gov't customers. What ratings do we provide for devices of this era that don't have data? Is there an estimated ESD level that we can provide, even if only 500V, or something similar?

Hi Colin,

For this we can estimate to 2000 V HBM. CDM is package dependent, and we have not tested any of the packages for this device with that.
