I am wondering if there is any data or specifications on RMS output jitter or minimum input pulse width for these part lines.

    Hi Sheldon,

    Logic devices aren't characterized for jitter. 

    As for pulse width, since this isn't a clocked device, there generally won't be a "minimum" it can detect. What is the usecase here? Are you trying to detect a very fast pulse or are you looking to prevent detection?
