Im designing a circuit for functional safety. For that, I need the fit rate, which is usually in the "FIT Rate" manual, which not all parts provide. E.g. the SN74LVC1G08-Q1 provides it, but the SN74LV1T32 not. If I go to the TI Safety page, I can go to view all products, but there are no logic gates listed at all.

How can I get a list with all logic gates (or better all ICs) which provide a "FIT Rate"-Manual?

the SN74LV1T32 comes up with it's many packages and Q100 qualified part numbers.

Thanks for your answer! Is it acceptable to use the FIT rates from the TI FIT rate estimator for functional safety certification? I've seen that for the parts which provice a safety document, the rates specified in the document are a often 10x higher than in the online estimator.

Also I read in a FAQ on the TI website (unfortunatley Im not able to find it anymore) that the online estimators FIT rate are based on a 60% confidence level, but for the safety certification usually 90% confidence are usual.

Will the certification authoroty accept the FIT values from the online estimator?

For Logic that is the quickest way to get that value. In LOGIC we do functional safety documents on a per request basis, and the SN74LV1T32 has not been requested before.

I would reach out to your TI representative to request one or go through the customer support portal to receive a FuSa document that includes the more in depth FIT as well as the expected failure modes.
