May I know if we have Q-grade solution to replace 74AUP1T08GW-Q100? SN74AUP1T08DCKR is okay to be p2p but it is not automotive solution. Thanks a lot!

TI does not make any automotive voltage-translating logic gates. When translating from a higher to a lower voltage, a normal gate with overvoltage-tolerant inputs (SN74AUP1G08-Q1) will work.

Hi Ann,

There is a new device TI just released, SN74LV1T08QDCKRQ1. It is pin2pin and can do voltage translation from lower to higher voltage.
