The worst-case output impedance can be computed with V_OL / I_OL and (V_CC − V_OH) / I_OH; the typical output impedance is roughly half that.

Hello Jeno,

I agree with Clemens. To find the output impedance of a device, you use Ohm's law on VOH, IOH and VOL, IOL. Just remember to subtract VCC when calculating the output impedance of VOH
