Hi,

I was wondering if there is a SEL latch-up report available? Reports were found on several other TI space parts up to 43 MeV, but I couldn't find such test report/number for this specific part.

As another option, there is a device of same function, smaller package available today that has Single-Event Latch-Up report. SN54SC245-SEP

Hi Michael,

Thanks, I already found that specific IC. The higher propagation delay of the SN54CS245-SEP might be of an issue for our application. I'll look into it.
