Hello,
TXS0108E is used for level conversion from 2.5V to 3.3V. Used for IIC interface. When the input voltage is 0V, the output voltage is 0.6V. Please help analyze the reason. Thanks!

Hi Jeno,
The TXS0108E is not a buffer, it will not be able to redrive the logic low state. Instead, the output low voltage is directly dependent on the input low voltage, and its relationship is dependent on the VIL and the current through the internal switch. This app note covers this further in detail: www.ti.com/.../scea056.pdf

Why are you using an eight-channel device, when I²C needs only two? Are there other signals?
Hi Jeno,
In addition to Clemens' comments, please see the I2C buffers such as TCA980x or TCA9509 capable of redriving signals to achieve lower VOLs.
