Can SN74LV1T34 operate 50MHz clock from 3.3V to 1.8V with Vcc=1.8V?

Datasheet shows only 15MHz Vcc=1.8V. If it can't, could you suggest altanative device?

Hello TTD,

Is it required to have a single-supply translator? Most of our level translators only show data rates at 3.3V or 5V. However, the SN74LXC1T14 has a typical data rate of 75Mbps (37.5MHz), see below.

For the SN74LV1T34 and SN74LXC1T14, does the 3.3V to 1.8V level conversion at 50MHz result in a sluggish rise and fall waveform?

If you have actual waveforms measured from 3.3V to 1.8V (Vcc=1.8V) input/output at 50MHz, would you be able to provide them?

For translating from 3.3 V to 1.8 V, you can use the SN74LVC1G34 (up to 80 MHz), SN74AUP1G34 (up to 60 MHz), or SN74AUC1G17 (up to 250 MHz).

I don't have SN74LV1T34 and SN74LXC1T14 samples at the moment. I would need to order the parts and later test them.

Given the holidays, I won't be able to provide any waveforms until January. Is that okay?
