The R/RXD signal must go in the other direction. Use the TXU0202 instead.

Hello Allen,

The LXC2T45 uses DIR pin to control the direction of data. Since you have DIR connected to ground, all your data will flow from B-ports to A-ports.

Like Clemens, I would recommend the TXU0202 for UART applications
