SN74AHC1G14: PSpice model not working

Tool/software:

when i try to simulate pspice model of SN74AHC1G14DBVR this ic, then my simulation software get stuck. and then i need to reopen it. but when i try to simulate pspice model of SN74LVC1G04DCKR this IC then it is working fine, is there any difference in both pspice model?

there is no error,
i have attached the circuit for SN74AHC1G14DBVR. which is not working, and same circuit im using for SN74LVC1G04DCKR and this is working.
