Also, is there any difference in the input capacitance capability values when replacing the devices in each series?

If so, how much is the difference?

    Hi,

    Unfortunately, this is the data that we have available. Worst case for any device, the Ci should not be more than 15pF. 

    When choosing a family to use, I would not use input capacitance to choose, rather use the specific features that each family has. 

    For example, the LV family has the highest drive strength, or, the HCS family has Schmitt-trigger inputs.
