1. Regarding the ESD protection mentioned in the datasheet, is there any related reliability report? How often does the manufacturer conduct such tests?

2. Are ESD-related tests performed during IC production? Please provide the testing frequency?

3. Following up on the above, is there an ESD test log available for further verification?

Hi Jeff,

ESD tests are only done during qualification, which we typically only do when the device is first being made or undergoes a significant revision such as a die change. We have an existing reliability report that gives HBM at 2000V and CDM at 1500V. There are ways for me to see the total history of logged quality and reliability tests that have been performed for a specific device but there is otherwise no single document logging how many ESD tests a device has received.
