What is the intended application? The unbuffered inverter is usually used as an analog amplifier in a crystal oscillator.

It is used to invert the open-drain output for LED driving.

The you do not need an unbuffered inverter. Use the SN74LVC1G04 (with specified Δt/Δv) or the SN74LVC1G14 (with Schmitt-trigger input).

The "U" device is unbuffered, which allows it to be used as an analog amplifier. In practice, it is used only for crystal oscillators.

what will be the impact on tr /tf for unbuffered device using as logic inverter?

Output of inverter gate shows leakage of 2.5V (red graph). why?

can add a 4.7K pull down at output?
