I need to design a parallel Buck with interleaved signals.

Can you suggest me what PWM control IC to use?
I need the PWM signal to be output as shown below Vgs1  and Vgs2.
Buck 
Vin=300V  Vo = 250V

Duty : 83%
Fs : 85kHz
