Hi Joe,

When you say "CTE" data, are you referring to "coefficient of thermal expansion?"

If you have this data from a similar TI part, could you reference it here?

Yes, that is what I am referring to. I do not have it from a similar Ti part. However, I am looking for the effective CTE of the entire package.

Hi Joe,

Sounds good.

I submitted a request to the packaging team to see about CTE data for the following device TCA9416DDFR.

Usually these requests take ~2 weeks. However, I am looking at the requests and it looks like the team is backed up from the holiday break. It may take longer to get this data, ~3 weeks or up to a month if I had to guess.

I will keep you updated if the results come in sooner.
