Hi,

My customer is comparing SN74AVC4T774-Q1 to NEXPERIA 74AVC4T774-Q100.
There are some differences in the electrical parameters and they have questions about this.

They also look at SN74AXC4T774-Q1 since it seems to be closer to the NEXPERIA device, but differs in part number.

While the values are identical up to supply voltage of 1.95V, they differ greatly in are >1.95V to 3.6V.
Also, the max allowed LOW input levels in the TI device are larger than the allowed HIGH input levels. How can this be?

The values in the SN74AVC774-Q1 datasheet obviously are wrong. The SN74AVC774 (without Q1) datasheet has plausible values,

The SN74AXC device is a modernized version of the SN74AVC device, with better support for low voltages, and is always recommended.

Apparently, the SN74AXC4T774-Q1 and 74AVC4T774-Q100 are clones of each other.

Hello Franzis,

There is a typo on the VIL spec and I have highlighted this to the team.

As Clemens mentioned, the AXC is an updated version of the AVC family and would recommend using the SN74AXC4T774-Q1 to better match with the 74AVC4T774-Q100
